Autologous Stem Cell Harvesting & Processing
We perform minimally invasive bone marrow aspiration from the iliac crest or adipose tissue harvesting through mini-liposuction techniques. Our processing laboratory utilizes closed-system automated devices (Angel, Magellan) concentrating mesenchymal stem cells, platelets, and growth factors while maintaining cell viability and sterility. Final products undergo quality control testing including cell count, viability, and sterility verification.
Precision Delivery Under Imaging Guidance
We deliver stem cell preparations under ultrasound, fluoroscopic, or arthroscopic guidance ensuring accurate placement into target tissues. For orthopedic applications, we target specific anatomical structures (tendons, ligaments, cartilage, joints). For wound healing, we employ periwound injection techniques and topical applications with specialized delivery systems maximizing cellular retention and integration.
Orthopedic & Musculoskeletal Applications
We treat osteoarthritis (knee, hip, shoulder, ankle), tendinopathies (rotator cuff, Achilles, tennis elbow), ligament injuries, and cartilage defects. Our protocols include precise anatomical targeting, appropriate cell concentrations (5-50 million cells depending on indication), and combination with platelet-rich plasma or hyaluronic acid when indicated for synergistic effects.
Wound Healing & Regenerative Applications
For Advanced wounds, we apply stem cells through injection around wound edges, incorporation into scaffolds, or topical application with specialized dressings. We treat diabetic foot ulcers, venous ulcers, pressure injuries, and radiation-induced wounds. Our protocols include appropriate wound bed preparation and concurrent standard therapies maximizing regenerative potential.

Evidence-supported applications include osteoarthritis (knee, hip), tendinopathies (rotator cuff, Achilles), Advanced wounds (diabetic foot ulcers, venous ulcers), and certain degenerative conditions. Research applications (not yet standard) include cardiac repair, neurological conditions, and autoimmune diseases. We strictly adhere to evidence-based applications with documented safety and efficacy profiles.
Stem cells work through multiple mechanisms: differentiation into tissue-specific cells, paracrine signaling releasing growth factors and cytokines, immunomodulation reducing inflammation, angiogenesis promotion improving blood supply, and recruitment of endogenous stem cells. This multifactorial approach addresses the complex pathophysiology of degenerative conditions and Advanced wounds.
Most procedures involve 1-3 days of rest with gradual return to activities over 1-2 weeks. Initial improvements may be noted within 4-6 weeks as inflammation decreases, with progressive improvement over 3-6 months as tissue remodeling occurs. Maximum benefits are typically observed at 6-12 months post-procedure. We provide specific rehabilitation protocols for each application.
Duration varies by condition: osteoarthritis treatments may provide 2-5 years of benefit, tendinopathies often show sustained improvement at 1-2 years, while wound healing effects are typically permanent if underlying causes are addressed. Repeat treatments may be considered based on clinical response and disease progression, typically no sooner than 12 months after initial treatment.
Autologous stem cells from bone marrow or fat have excellent safety profiles with complication rates <1% for minor issues (pain, swelling) and serious complications extremely rare (<0.1%). We avoid systemic delivery, utilize precise anatomical targeting, maintain strict sterile technique, and conduct comprehensive screening excluding inappropriate candidates (active cancer, severe comorbidities, unrealistic expectations).
